### General Policy - All sales are final for change of mind. If you simply decide you no longer like the item after receiving it, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Please review the product details and mockups carefully before ordering. - Returns or refunds are only available in cases of damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
### Print-on-Demand Items (iPhone cases, apparel, posters, mugs, etc.) I proudly partner with Printful, one of the top and most reputable print-on-demand companies in the world. ### Original Art & Signed Prints - Signed prints are carefully packaged and fully insured against shipping damage. If a print arrives damaged in transit, please contact me at Ehennessa@gmail.com and I will replace it at no cost to you.
- Original artwork can be refunded only if returned in perfect, unused condition (exactly as sent, including all packaging). You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive and inspect the item, I will process your refund promptly. If you're not sure you like the painting or it will look good in your place please contact me before purchasing and I can help you by sending videos, detailed photos or giving you more information. The colors are accurate as possible on the website.
