Before You Buy:Return Policy

Hawa Cat is run by a one-person contemporary artist studio, not Amazon. This is not a place to buy artwork or products just to see if you like them and return them later.

All sales are final for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item. Review all product details, images, sizes, colors, descriptions, and mockups carefully before purchasing.

Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand products, including phone cases, apparel, mugs, posters, pillows, blankets, towels, and similar items, are printed and fulfilled by the company or platform that produces them.

If your print-on-demand item was purchased through Printful, Fine Art America, or another print-on-demand platform, returns, replacements, refunds, and claims must be handled through that printer or platform’s return policy.

If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact the printer or platform directly.

Signed Prints

Signed prints are carefully packaged in-house and insured against shipping damage. If a signed print arrives damaged in transit, contact me immediately at ehennessa@gmail.com with photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order information.

If the shipping damage is confirmed, I will replace the signed print at no cost to you.

Signed prints are not returnable for change of mind, color preference, size preference, or because the buyer later decides it does not work in the space.

Before You Buy

If you are unsure whether an original artwork, painting, or signed edition print will work in your space, contact me before purchasing. I can send additional photos, videos, details, or arrange a phone or video call when needed.

Colors are shown as accurately as possible, but screens and devices may display color differently. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.

Original Artwork

Original artwork may be returned only if it is returned in perfect, unused condition, exactly as sent, including all original packaging, within 20 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, tracking, insurance, and safe packaging. Refunds are issued only after the artwork is received and inspected.

If the artwork is damaged, altered, used, or not returned in its original condition, no refund will be issued.

If Something Looks Low Quality

If a Hawa Cat product appears genuinely low quality, I appreciate you letting me know. I care very much about the quality of my work and do not want low-quality Hawa Cat products out in the world.

Legal Notice

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through Hawa Cat / Eve Hennessa unless otherwise stated.

Products purchased through third-party platforms, including Printful and Fine Art America, are subject to that platform’s own return, refund, replacement, and shipping policies.

Hawa Cat / Eve Hennessa is not responsible for delays, lost packages, incorrect shipping addresses entered by the buyer, normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or items returned without prior communication.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

This policy may be updated at any time.
