HAWA CAT IS SOLD AS LIMITED EDITION CONTEMPORARY FINE ART PRINTS, CUSTOM DIGITAL PET PORTRAITS, AND PRODUCTS THROUGH TWO SEPARATE PRINT-ON-DEMAND BUSINESSES. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WILL BE DIFFERENT FOR EACH TYPE OF ORDER.

Shipping Policy

Hawa Cat is run by a one-person contemporary artist studio. Shipping times depend on the type of item ordered, the printer or platform fulfilling the order, and the delivery location.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Most physical products are processed within 2–7 business days and then shipped by the carrier.

Estimated transit time is usually 3–7 business days after the order ships.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SIGNED LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

Signed limited edition prints may take extra time because they are personally handled, signed, packaged, and shipped. If I am traveling, processing may take longer.

If you need a signed limited edition print quickly, shoot me a text before buying so I know you are pressed for time. Rush shipping is available.

CUSTOM DIGITAL PET PORTRAITS

Custom digital pet portraits may take up to 10 days to complete and deliver.

No physical shipping is required for digital files.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS TAKE THE LONGEST

Print-on-demand products may be fulfilled through different companies, including Fine Art America and other print-on-demand partners. Shipping times, costs, and delivery details may vary by product and platform.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are shown at checkout when available. Products purchased through third-party platforms, including Fine Art America, are subject to that platform’s shipping rates and policies.

DELAYS

Hawa Cat / Eve Hennessa is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, customs delays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the buyer.
